Meet Carl Benincasa

Carl Benincasa has an incredible range of legal experience and knowledge. Over the course of his career

he has served as a criminal prosecutor in New York City, handled hundreds of site plan, subdivision and other land use applications as the principal attorney for the Southampton Town Planning Board, and oversaw Billions in sales volume as the Hamptons' Regional Vice President for one of the Nation's largest real estate firms.

He has spent his career guiding clients, governments, developers and large corporations through incredibly

complex legal matters. Carl received a B.A. from The George Washington University, a Master’s degree from

The School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.

A Hampton’s native, Carl started The Benincasa Group to bring his experience to bear on the place he loves most.
